Hello! I’m Natalie Bailey and I am the owner of Esthetics by Natalie. Here’s a little bit about me…After dedicating many years to raising my children, I discovered a profound passion for skincare, channeling my nurturing instincts into a career aimed at assisting others in feeling confident and radiant in their own skin. My passion for skincare and connecting with people guided me to pursue my esthetician’s license, which I successfully obtained upon graduating from the Douglas J Aveda Institute. I’m deeply committed to providing personalized solutions and achieving results that my clients have been striving for. I’m grateful for the opportunity to combine my love for people and skincare to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Heather Rarick, RN BSN FNP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Michigan continuing on to complete a Master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Heather has been specializing in burn and wound care for 14 years, branching out to practice aesthetic medicine in 2021. She is certified to administer FDA-approved cosmetic products and medical procedures.
She enjoys hands-on procedures and has gained solid experience by performing a variety of trainings from industry leaders including American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Allergan, Galderma, Revance, and IAPAM. She is also passionate about animals currently she lives on a farm with her husband, and three children.
